Non -delivery of consignment

I booked my bike with Gati for transportation from Nasik to Kottayam on 29th july... i was given an assured delivery date 07 aug..till 10th aug when i didnt get my bike i started calling up Gati office and wrote emails to them..from the track shipment option on their site i came to know that the consignment reached coimbatore on 5aug and even today when i m writing this on 12 aug the status has not changed..in between twice i made online complaints on Gati's site..got complaint number but no response whatsoever from their side..
