Damaged shipment

Dear sir,
I had shipped 6 packages from patna to Pune viz docket no: 431148524. The company officials in patnahad agreed to pack and deliver the shipment to pune. However the TV and table many other items were delivered in extreme damaged condition.
When i spoke to the company representatives they said that household goods transportation is not their expertise.
kindly suggest what can be done.
