Courier not recieved & no answer from anyone in company

I had a courier from Gaurav Diagonostic centre Kaushambi Ghaziabad to Gurgaon by Blazeflash couriers (Doc. No. 209666138) sent on 30-09 .But it has not been delivered till date even after requesting & communicating the address on pretext that it was urgent . the staff o phone also has never given accurate information & gave their seniors no. which actually no body responds to.
