Late delivery for gas booking

Dear sir

I'm Indane Gas Customer from Ahmedabad, Gujarat & my customer service# 2031

we are leaving in joint family, having 8 member,

i booked my LPG cylinder on 10th Jan thru toll free#1260

we regularly booked our gas to "Gauri GAS Agency". Paldi

but they are regularly delay in delivery, ever when we try to call on their tel# it was always non reply mode

we checked that they people should have reply properly

everytime to go to their office is not possible,

we expect good service from agency,

pl take positive action to serve better to your customer
