I got a message fom TM-SPDCCOMP stating that my mobile No. has won GBP 200, 000 in 2009SPDCUK (SHELL) in T'L Mobile Draw (PIN NO: SPDC-012009) and to complain I have to write my name and PIN No. to Dr. Ibrahaim of ENgland by email: claim09@live.com.

Please confirm whether it is true of false?
