Cheating the customers by sending sms

I have received a sms on 08 Jul 09 stating that my mobile number won 425000 GBPs. They cheated me and forced me to pay 750 GBPS for customs and 2% of 425000 GBPs as tax payment. But I did'nt get the consigment so far. I requested them to payback the amount of Rs 747601. They didn't give the positive response. Please instruct them to pay back the money paid by me.
