To remove the name from cibil

Dear Sir/Madam,

with your kind refrence, we have the commercial loan of school buses from the HDFC BANK LTD. with the agreement no.3202667, 3202668, 3168700, 3147295, 3168680, 3147333and 3147323.

we have already cleared all the CBC and LPP CHARGES/DUES of the amount Rs.107948/- vide the DD no.265009 dated 16/07/09 of the bank OBC Faridabad as informed by the HDFC bank on 16/07/09 via there E-mail shalaj.kala@hdfcbank.com. Sir/Madam we have recieved the reciept (No. 17864366) from the HDFC BANK LTD. dated 20/07/09 for the same.

We request you to kindly remove our name from the CIBIL defaulters list as we have cleared all the dues.

Sir/Madam this is not our complaint against the bank but our kind request to your goodself to remove our name so as to allow us the normal and smooth functioning of the School.
