GDS 820
NOT WORKING PROPERLY

SIR,

I have purchased GDS 820 washing machine on date 25/10 (APPLICATION NO. 1115847, SALESMAN CODE-2438 SHAILENDRA). From the beginning this is giving trouble sometime spin not working sometime whole machine. I complaint (no. 907185) to customer care. The local dealer AMARJEET attend the complaint and broken both the flap and taken away one flap which was broken badly. From that day till today he has not come. When I phoned to him he said this is local chinese machine provided to you and spare parts very difficlt to arrange. Now the machine is going tear the clothes. If you wish to attend the complaint well and good otherwise we will meet in consumer or may be in crime court as you people gave me lot of mental harssment and stress. I will wait for next seven days because the machine issuing date is 25/10 so before completion of one year will be very good for registering complaint. I want no discussion only the replacement of machine..
