Empey sealed LPG Cylinde

I have booked 1 no. of LPG cylinder through ANUJ INDANE, 102, SAFFRON COMPLEX, FATEHGUNJ, BARODA, PHONE-2788604, 2785318 - INDANE DISTRIBUTOR ON 6.9.08. My customer No. is 10217.

I have received delivery of LPG Sealed Cylinder after almost 15-20 days and the Invoice No. is 1098. Yesterday while changing the cylinder it was found that the sealed cylinder is totally empty!!!

I have not checked the weight at the time of delivery because the delivery boy has himself put cylinder into my store room. Now trusting the IOCL crediability & sealed bottle, i have not cross checked the weight of cylinder.

I have paid Rs.360/- for this cylinder and which i strongly expect to be refunded or new LPG cylinder to be given.

The first thought came into my mind is, if it would have been USA then definately i will get my money or new LPG cylinder back... but unfortunately it is INDIA!!!
