Receipt sent by ICICI Bank not delivered by Express IT Courie

Hi,

I am trying to reach Express IT courier for the past one month to track the receipt sent by ICICI, but they are not reachable or no one is picking the phone. Even if they pick the phone their response is not clear.

Later I came to know from the Bank that they delivered the courier (receipt) to some X person as per their records. I am not sure who that person is as well as his address.

Even the bank is not taking any responsibility to talk to the Express IT courier and they are asking me to get a stamp paper for Rs. 100/- and type it saying that the receipt is lost from myside. Also they are not allowing to meet the bank manager saying that the manager is on leave.

I am really surprised by the response from the ICICI bank.

Why should I pay Rs.100/- for the stamp paper when someone else in the name of courier company will be responsible for the loss of receipt?
