Harrasing by calls, emails and personal visit

Hi,

This is Abbas Mastan from Ajman, I have a loan with HDFC for 2.25 laks, and paid them 70000 by EMI's. But now, i am unable to pay them as i am out of job and also left India 6 months back. Now the HDFC personal loan dept got my number and keep on calling me. They are visiting my house and harrasing my family members, i dont have money to pay them and i am in very bad situation. Please suggest what do i need to do, as they say that they will report to Indian embassay about this case and register a fraud case against me and issue a non bailable warrant.

I am very much worried about this situation, please any one suggest me about this. Is there a way to get out of it.
