Don't give n.o.c

I have taken loan for purchasing new transport vehicle from g.e. capital t.f.s.ltd.. now loan is closed but company not giving n.o.c to me. as per company's mumbai official i am not egible for this

matter is this i deposit tds from my pocket extra than emi before three year ago and i give certificate to company but company don't send refund to me after 7 month of submission of certificate i have close two agreement but company present a extra emi cheque in my account without my permission, it is passes in my account that why i want some more money from company and noc both . after 2 month company gives n.o.c for closed agreement. after this n.o.c we ask to officail abt our refund but they not proper answering in this time by mistake of us one emi cheque is bounces

whene we get it we contact company's official and inquire abt our refund and there chaeque one of company official says that if we want any further money from you we contact you, we says ok and after some day we recive a part refund chaeque for extra emi. we think our money is adjusted in their dues so we left this matter

after that time we give second tds certificate to companny and after two month we says them for refund but they not give to me (in that time my brother's refund also not given at time) thay says before your emi is due i try many time in mumbai branch to cooprate them but if any person wish to co operate us company has remove from this post and we got a fress person many time so we contact company's dehli office after long and long dehli official says your right but i haven't power for do that so pls contact mumbai branch

after that i try manny time to contact mumbai branch responsible officer but result is none

and during this period this comapny has merge with it's sister company so official and work and offical chage

by i out person we have check that the person who is lible to solve this case is intansaly denied to contact us

i am now confuesed what i do and ehat i not to do
