Transfer of the provident fund

Hello Sir,

This is with regards to my PF # HR/10081/1162. I have been associated with GE Money Servicing since june. I was transferred from Indian process to US process in the company & was informed that the PF will also be transferred as both the process work with seperate identity within the GE brand. I have filled in the transfer form at least 5 times till now requesting to transfer the PF . The New PF # is AP/50533/1839 . Now that I have completely resiged from the company, i am gaving troubles to withdraw PF as it has not been transferred. Please Suggest.
