Respected Sir,

This is with regards to the PF # HR100811162. I have requested to transfer this PF in the year 2005. Till date I have completed the paper work at least 5 times but the PF is not yet transferred. The PF needs to be transferred to new PF # AP505331839 . I have resigned the company where I have new PF number but the old PF is not yet transferred & now I am having problem in withdrawing the PF as i need to withdraw these seperately. THe PF form requires the company's seal & Signature to withdraw & am not in contact with any one in the old office. The head office for old company is in Gurgaon & also a major office is in Chennai. Please suggest how to withdraw it?
