Claim not yet received

We have taken an Transit Insurance Policy with ICICI LOMBARD.

We have submitted all relevent documents to them but still they are not paying to us.

Our claim amount was of Rs.20 lacs approx.

In the beginning they wrote to us to settle at 12 lacs but when we denied for any settlement they have sent a letter for NIL claim.

At present they are also not responding to us.

Kindly, advice what should we do.
