Hi mainey 07.05.08 ko "PRATIK AGENCY"(sister organisation of BINAPANI AGENCY) contact no 9932917808, contai, purbamedinipur, W.B se GEEPEE INFOTECH PVT LTD. ke manufacurerd model no 2450 mobile phone (IMEI-359668005243184) kharida, usi rat ko ye set switch off ho gya phir battary dubara nikalkar chalu karna para, mai dusre din ise dealer ko dikhaya to dealer cheak karne ke bad koi problem nehi dekha, phir do char bar same problem hua dealer na mana, phir mainey consumer helpline phone kiya (complain no-140453) to olog company ko letter likne ko suggest kiya, mainey likha 2 din bad company ke service department se MR.ARUP RAI CHAUDRARY (9836227295) ka ph. aya or unke kaiheney par ham ne company ka office 34/1q ballyganj circular road (ph-03324760931) ke office mey is set ko replace karke ley aya, 7 din bad phir ek hi problem, dubara conatct kiya to uhase salesofficer MR.MILAN ka number diya (9874798167) phir contact karne ke bad mr.milan ye set collect kiya or 7 din ke bad replace kar diya lekin problem thik nehi hua is problem ke liye maine senior officers SANJAY RAI (9874594037) or APURBA SAHA (9874594038) ko bhi phone kiya par kuch nehi hua.4 bar phone replace hua. phir mainey consumer protection department ke suggestion par current price bapas manga, lekin dealer or company ke bich problem mey mujhe paisa bapas neni mila, mera warranty chala gya.company step nehi liya. consumer forum ke kehene par mai case kar sakta tha lekin itna problem mai nehi ley saka, mai savi customar ko bolunga ke geepee mobile ka ad dekhkar mobile na kharide, agar kisike sath dusmani karna ho to ushe geepee mobile kharidne ki sala dey, mai thik kiya hai ke kisi bhi dost ko ye phone nehi kharidne dunga, taki company ko pata chale ke customer koi khelne ka chiz nehi, is complain ko dekhne bale ko bolunga ke aiye hamsab ek hokar aisey company ke khilap lare.
