PF Withdrawal delayed

Dear Sir or Madam:

I have applied for PF withdrawal (PF No AP/HY/51333/249) on September 16th. So far I have not received the amount. I have been to the Barkatpura, office several times. On dec 30th I was told that the cheque was sent to my bank. I still don;t have it as of today.

Everybody in the Barkatpura office is arrogant and irresponsible. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. It is all red tape and sorry state. i request you to act on my file immediately and also work on a professional approach.
