Cheques dishonoured by SBI Jamshedpur

I had applied for the refund of my Provident Fund & Employees Family Pension deposit in the month of March against which my banker ICICI Bank, Bistupur, Jamshedpur had received two cheques. The details of the cheques are as follows:

The cheques were deposited in SBI, Jamshedpur by my Bank, the cheques were dishonored by SBI and the reason mentioned was Drawer’s Signature Incomplete.
