Sir/Madam

I have applied for shares through my online trading a/c with AXIS BANK on 02/02 .I had applied for 75 shares @ Rs 80 per share totaling to Rs 6000/- .The issue opened on 03/02 and closed on 06/02 .Till today I have not recd the shares if they are allotted to me nor the amount which got debited from my account. Its being more than 3 months I have also written a letter to Axisbank seeking a clarification, which the bank has clarified through their mail dated 05/05 .

Thus I request you to take ujp my matter with the company and the registrar and see that I receive the money back to me.
