Regarding the post paid mobile bill

We are not receiveing the mobile bill properly every month. Already many complaints in customer care service. No use. Even this month bill not received yet. Yesterday I complained in Airtel customer service. No Resposebilty. Then why should we pay the money. If we not received the bill we could not pay the late pay fees.
