Mental Harassment by collection agent of G.E Money, Ambala Cantt

Sir,
I have taken a personal loan from G.E. Money, Ambala Cantt vide A/C No. is RPAE00000018. I am a regular pay master in paying my installments but unfortunately my mother had a heart attack. I am unable to pay instalment regularly because I had to spend lot of money on her treatment which is a major portion of my salary. I have already informed the Vishal and Ravinder (Collection agent) about this fact but they don’t care about this and they have even started harassing me and my family by saying abusive language. They call me so many times at odd hours I also have the no. from which they called me the no. is 0171-40020244 and also give personal visits to my college without informing that whether I was there or not. (They also told my colleagues that these people are not good and they are not paying the installments. I also want to ask you that does the Bank follow R.B.I ruling. As per the R.B.I ruling and Supreme Court decision no bank is authorized to forcefully or unlawfully pressurize customers to pay back the loan amount but the Bank is doing so. If no action is taken against Collection Agent then for any mishap happens to me or my family, the responsibility will be of Bank. Sir I never deny to pay the installments. So keeping in view these facts I request you Sir to defer the matter for the time being and give me some time and relaxation and readjustment of my installment
