is this a joke that your company is coming out with wizard bank and offering rate of 9.99%...your executive comes and collects all the documents... 10 days after he calls back and says that your file has been approved and the ROI is now 10.5%...when we call up the executive he says fuck off and tell us do what ever you want he doesn't care... the attitude of your comapany against the customer is vey clear...

i never expected this from GE money the company who beleives in Six sigma concept...

expecting reply from your side otherwise I will move to Banking Ombusman vrey soon...
