Not ready to return my Documents

I had the worst experience with GE Money. I have last paid off my loan on 5th of june 09. when I called Ccustomer service for my doccuments they say that I still need to pay Rs.94.00. I have paid all my EMI's through ECS.I even paid check bounce charges whenever it happned. Yet the representatives say have no clue from where this amount is comming from and they give lame answers when questioned. The worst part is that they refuse to give the call to a manger. And I thin I and other stupid customers like me have paid enough so that they can hire some managers on floor. Every time I ask to speak to a manager they give the phone to a lady Ms. Kalaiavani who says the do not have any Manager the company has only representatives like her and the CEO.I don't want to insult my intelegence by saying that such a big company has only CSR & CEO. It seems to me that they have no intention of returning my documents. So I have decided to file a police complaint and a case with the consumer court. I may be 60 years old and retaired but I am not dead yet.

I would like to warn other who are intrested to take loan with this company not to do so. You may as well go to a marwadi than approach this company.
