Didn't provide yearly bank statement

Respected sir

I'm a bussinessmen nd i took a loan against property from ge money of principal amount 1500000 at an emi 22, 388 p.m. for 10 yrs. I was very happy to be a part of such a prestigous company but my happiness soon changed into sadness due to the following problems &&--

1. When the r.o.i was increased they sent me a statement informing me about the increased rate as well as mine increased no. of installements.

2. Now when the r.o.i is decreased they neither sent me any statement nor decreased my no. of emi's

on the top of that they now dont have the time to entertain me nor they provide me with proper information. On my each visit to their office i'm given a unsatisfactory answer that soon bank satement will be sent to you.

What should i do now???

I'm in great trouble please help me.
