CHARGING EXTRA MONEY MANY TIMES AND CHEATING TO THE PEOPLE

MY LOAN ACCOUNT NO: RPHY00006634, s.m. sastry, my mobile no is: 9908887000, 9966066000.

My loan was completed last month 7th April. Till now i didn't received any closing letter or not. Yesterday i call to customer care and I Asked noc and closing letter. She tell that u r Cheque bounces charges is pending. I will send executive alongwith NOC and CLOSING LETTER. You can pay check bounce charges and collect ur documents.

Check bounce dates: 1) 7-July

2) 7-April

Actually by that time i have paid :1) emi amount : 1564 bounce change 300 = 1864/- paid.

Payment date: 12th -07

2) emi amount : 1564 bounce change 300 = 1864 /- paid.

Payment date: 25-04

Now your executives are asking again bounce charges and WE WILL NOT GIVE COLOSING LETTER OR NOC. How many times can i pay cheque bounces charges. COMPETELY THEY ARE CHEATING TO THE PEOPLE.

PLEASE ARRANGE NOC AND CLOSING LETTER.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
