Fraud Commitment

I have taken a personal loan in 2006 worth 60000rs from your company. At the time of agreement it’s been clearly informed by the benefits to me

1 I will be insured for the sum of 5lac by SBI

2 I will be get 38, 000rs after completion of 8 months.

3 I will get a scratch card.By this i can win.

A. One EMI waived off

B. waiver of interest rate on the loan amt.

On the basis of above mentioned things I agreed to get the loan. At the time of receiving cheque I asked for scratch card but person from your side told I will get this after completion of 8 months.

After 8th EMI I had contacted with the your company regarding the same but they simply refused to address my above mentioned queries & there Branch Manger also resigned,

Then they informed me about there pritam pura office. I visited & lodged a written complain with the assurance some one revert back to me within15 days.

After so many follow ups & calls I dint get any revert from GE Money side now I do not have any other way i do not need extra 38000rs i need to terminate the agreement with the bank with the adjustment of interest rate against annual amt which i hade paid during 2006 to 2008 plz help me to get this resolved ASAP
