Cheating ECS

I had a personal loan with GE Money, Coimbatore. My mode of payment if ECS. This month (12th September) they are came to my office for EMI collection insted of ECS. I asked why the representative told this month we are not put ECS so we are collecting the amount from you directly, I confirmed with my bank and paid the EMI. But next day they also cleared (15th September - actual due date is 7th september) the EMI from my bank account. Then i went to the branch and asked for return of my payment they are telling we will refund it only after 28 days. See how cleaverly the company cheats us.
