Delay in approval of personal loan

i have a pre-approved loan of 48500 with ge money the tele caller executive called me and said that they are ooffering me the laon i have given them the cheques and signed all the documents required but its been 15 days now no cheque has been given to me and the guy mr. ajay who took cheque from me is saying that the delay is from bank only his manager never picks up the phone they are totaly ignoring me never picks up my phone i am terribly upset with ge money and the manager Mr. ajay who sits at your netaji subhash palace office kindly do some strict action against him
