Poor quality of product

Dear Sir,

I had puchased one pair of Sunglases Company Name Bvlgari v12 Model no. 5006/137/73 dated 16/05/08 vide receipt No. 869 and after puchase of two months the lenses devloped some gap from the frame and the lenses kept coming out frequently. I had gone to them for the repair which they tighted the frame and after few months again the same problem came. On 18/07/09 I went to the shop for the same compalint and the proprietor of the company Mr. Rajiv kataria clearly told me that this has been due to the heat and keeping the glasses in the sunlight in my car and nothing can be done to repair this. Even when I did not mentioned that I was wearing them and keeping in my laptop bag.

Kindly advise how can we take my greivence further as I had paid Rs. 15500/- for the above mentioned glasses.
