To transfer stocks into my demat account

Dear Sir, I have a complaint against this company, to transfer the securities which I have purchased through this broker in my demat account. This broker is registered member of NSE (National Stoch Exchange) SEBI Registration No- INB231150831

I have a trading account with this company. The details of that I am providing:-

Trading account- SF102

Demat account- 1301760000350171

I have some stocks of six companies and some cash with this broker in my trading account, but the broker is not transferring these stocks into my demat account and saying that because of market fluctuations he has beared losses in crores of Rs.

Details of stocks-

1. Alstom projects - 50

2. Central bank - 200

3. ICICI Bank- 15

4. PTC- 200

5. Suzlon Energy- 300

6. Tata Steel - 50

The current value of these stocks is about 110000 Rs. Broker is not transferring this securites into my demat account. If the broker will not transfer these stocks then I will have to suffer this loss. So please help me.
