My New delhi Canara bank A/C transfer to my chennai a/c

I have 2 canara bank a/c number., one is in New delhi (east patel nager) and another one is chennai maddipakkam address. when i contact branch manager to change my chennai address to New delhi address, he suggest to open new a/c in delhi., later you can close chennai a/c and transfer your money to new delhi adddress.i did what he told and gave letters for the same. but nothing has happened.

WHEN I TRANSFERED TO CHENNAI, THE INFORMATION TELLING BY YOUR BRANCH.

WHAT TO DO? WHAT IS SOLUTION. I NEED TO GO TO DELHI TO CLOSE

IN FACT I APPLIED ATM AND CHEQUE BOOK. NOTHING I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOUR OFFICE.

FURTHER I HAVE NRE A/C TOO IN YOUR BANK. VERY POOR RESPONSE, NO ACTION SO FOR/////. SUGGEST WHAT TO DO???
