Poor quality hardware/ compromise with security

Let me introduce my serious problem which i had encountered with Aveo 1.4 LS vehical. On Sunday (23/03) i was driving my vehical on delhi- Chandigarh high way and my car was on the speed of 100/Km/hrs. Suddenly my engine was cracked and my vehical was disbalanced. With God grace i was narrow escaped.

I am concerned the reason behind the poor quality stuff Which General motor has delivered and also how you this quality passed from quality and load testing. How they compromise with the safty issue of the public.?

Any help in this regards will be highly appreciable.
