Very Very Poor service

Hi thsis is SAM, I bought a new Chevrolate Aveo 1.4, 6 month back. On 30th of december I met an minor accedent then on the same night I submit my car at General Motor servicing station at gurgoan name Apex Auto. Till yet they are not delivering my car. I have given somany calls to the Contact center of GM Motor but still I am not getting any result. I think finally I have to sent this message to media and as well as consumer court.
