Worst Service Centre (Shiva Motor) Noida

I have GM: Optra Magnum 2008 model & company claims it has superior world class engine. After 16 months it has developed problem in gear box which company claims is not covered under warranty. The cost for repair of same is 30, 000/-.

The worst dealer or maintainence is their Noida: Shiva motor I have visited 2 times to them for same problem as my back tyres got teared off twice within 4 months & service centre told its alignment problem which was not the case. So my 2 tyres got changed 2 times which costed me around 16, 000/- & their charge for balancing extra. I got same fixed from a local person later in only 500/- as something was colloding with tyres while drving. Such a pathetic service centre I have never come across with any car dealership.

I recommend no one to buy GM Vehicle ever or visit Shiva Motors as they are making fool of people by not doing anything in service & playing with people`s hard earned money.
