Product not delivered by company

I ordered for Chevrolet Spark Car on 18-Oct in TVS showroom, Chennai, but my car has not been delivered till date. At the time of booking I was promised of a delivery by 3 weeks. Now after allmost a month, Im informed that the car can be expected only by 1st week of December. This is more thatn double the time that was earlier promissed. Is there any way to ensure that General Motors stands by its commitment to its customers to deliver the cars without any further delay.
