False commitment and playing with customer's emotion

Hi

I am one of the unfortunate customer in the current competative environment. I had booked SPARK car on 2nd Sep 08 by depositing token money of Rs. 5000/-. It was promised by the agency that the car will be delivered to be within 20 days. It's going to be 2 months now, still the said agency is not able to deliver the car, moreover they are not giving me any date by which my card will be delivered. They are simply playing with the emotions of customer. I made series of visit to theri show room and all the time they have given me false commitment. Initially thet promised that they will deliver the car by DASEHRA but coud not then they promised for DEWALI again they could not. It is worst of customer service when someone after taking money and committing not able to meet that. I have got my loan sanctioned by the bank and bank fellows are after me to do the paper work so that they can start the EMI. I am not in a position to show my face to my bank manager who has taken personal care of my loan application and got it approved well in time.

To my surprise the agency is even not bothering to make me a courtesy call to update me on the delay or even share with my concern. All the time either I have visited their showroom or called them. Now, they are even not taking my calls. In the beginning I started with their sales guy by name Naveen and after failure of many committed dates I raised to issue to so called showroom in charge by name Satish. In fact once I wrote a letter on the issue and requested them to give my money back, but best on their fresh assurance I took my letter back.

Now, I have lost the charm of buying a car and feed up with the treatment by these fellows. Literally I am feeling harassed by these people.

Today when I talked to my bank they informed me that I will be charged (Apart from processing fee) with some fee if I have to cancel my loan. I am mentally, physically and financially cheated by this agency.

My sincere request to this forum is to help me to give it a conclusion. I would demand compensation from the agency for playing with my emotions and harassing me.
