I worked with Genetic Infotech Private Ltd., 19, Shakti Khand-III, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P) during the period 27th January to 6th March. Salary was not paid even though Appointment Letter was issued.

This company s registered address is 104, Laxman Palace,

19, V.S. Block,

Shakar Pur,

Delhi - 110 092.

Director name is Mr Neeraj Kumar. This is Software Company based in Ghaziabad having registered office in Delhi. I have sent him reminder letters regarding non payment of dues was about Rs. 26, 447/-. I sent them courier letter on the 6th of March for dues. They were opposing for mentioning registered address. Along with him Mr Sanjay Rana was also present, Sales Director of Udyog Excise Software, Mumbai.
