UPNL Deheradun reviewed a general insurance policy for its 7500 employees to provide them accidental death cover of Rs 2 lakh in the month of Dec for an year in continuation with last year policy expecting to provide accidental death cover. After settling initial claims started ignoring all communications and stopped paying, This claim is pending for more than 4 Months.concern Sales mgr provide excuses after excuses whenever contacted. Reliance Gen insurance should take their clients seriosly or should withdraw from market at least to save the name of Great Ambanis.
