GENPACT
Not Working on my F&F settlement

I worked for GENPACT from 11 June to 11Dec According to their rules and regulations I should give 15days notice before leaving organization. Yet I gave my resignation letter on 11th Nov. 2007 and gave 30days notice to organization for leaving.

They told that my salary for Nov and 12days of Dec. 2007 will be processed with Full and Final Settlement in next 15days.

But Today is 27th March and I haven't received my salary. They are Intensionally making Errors in my Settlement and nowadays they have even stopped responding to my mails.

I have each and every proof documents with me.

Please help me to solve the situation and suggest me ways to receive my salary.

You will consider my problem with understanding, I hope.
