Purchase of vehicle through CSD

Hi,

I am trying to purchase a Chevelt SPark through SPark on officers

quota. The dealers and the financers in Delhi and Punjab (CSD vehicles

are available only in Punjab) have sent me prices and claim that I

cannot avail dealer discounts (Rs. 45000) that GM is offering people

who are non-csd buyers. When I again spoke to dealers, now they have

agredd to offer a discount of 20000-25000 (varying from dealer to

dealer). So, there is a scope of doscount, but they are not willing to

pass it on to the customer.

I do not understand how can I be refused a discount that everyone is

getting. I agree the prices in CSD are as such lower than the market

price. but that hit is being taken by the govt. How does it affect the

dealers of GM.

WOuld appreciate it if you could help me get a resolution in the same.

I have written to GM several mails, but ll I get is calls from the

dealers and never from GM.
