Not getting got service

Greetings for the day

First i would like to introduce my self to you. My name is Dinesh

Kumar Mishra and I am your one of the customer not that much valuable.

I am having one NRE A/C in your Asansol branch in west bengal A/C No

00430100010057. which is open on 2nd of feb, this year. at the time of

opening the A/c I filled a separate form for dabit card as well for my

cheque book. How ever i was given a temparory cheque book and i was

told that it will take few time because it will come from

Mumbai, because I was staying in Dubai so I have given my Dubai address

and the person told me it will reach to ur dubai address. Now today is

21st of September till now I did not receive any thing not cheque

book neither dabit card. If you will check my A/c status you will see I

was not using your a/c from dubai.because I was having nothing to with

draw the money. I know I am not valuable customer of your bank I tried

your 24 hrs customer care No 02222020728, your corporate office

no.02266985000, ur Head office No 02652361852 but unfortunatly not one

is there to pick up the phone also if u do not have any one how can

the customer will accept the service from you. I am not happy at all

with your service and I know that Ur not not going to loose me only

but I will pass this msge to all of the person to whom I know. I

shifted to new delhi. I will not recomend any one to use ur A/C .What

I am saying I mean it.this is the bad impression on me. If you have

any querry pls dont hasitat to contact me any time.
