Gents wallet & belt
No delivery

I have placed an order for item code GW0001 Gents Wallet & Belt vide order no 52486 dt 29th May. It was told to me that product will be delivered within fortnight but not delivered at my address of Pune. Meanwhile i got transferred from Pune to Port Blair and after coming to Port Blair i am regularly calling to your call centre for delivery of the product at my Port Blair address. Every time i call they take my new address but not sending the product. If the same cannot be deliverd at new address then you people should refund the amount of Rs 695 by giving credit to my Credit Card.

please do the needful to avoid lodging comlaint to Consumer Forum.
