Dear Sir,

I Had purchae a Inverter form Poddar Battery Asansol dated 4th Jun vide Cashmemo no. 379 and it was installed, but after installation we are facing some problem regarding power not comming properly, and some wrong job also done at Main supply point, when i called him then every day he says today comming but till the date no one has attend the complaint,

We purchased the inverter on the Brand Value of Genus not of the brand of Poddar Battery,

If the custommer will get such level of service from Genus Brand hope a day will come the compitertor will kill the Product of Genus.

Any we Now i have purchased the genus brand inverter and bound to beg service. So could you please check & Revert.
