Fraud by airtle in bills

This is to complain that a BIG farud is being done with airtel broadband.

I paid my last mnths due in time however they said the chek was misplaced, on

Forwading the number they said that it was late and 100rs fine will be charged.

This is a BIG farud which is done, this way begging 100rs from everyone the broadband earns a lot it seems.
