PF settlement not yet received

I have applied to settle my PF account in the month of FEb 09 . but till date i have not received any type of receiving or any no. So please look in to the matter and sugect me what to do. My PF a/c no - DL/38150/39 . I was working with GenX .1001, Nirmal Tower. Barakhamba Road. Delhi-01.Ph-011-23710939.and i have also mailed them for settlement on this id - trinesh@genxconsultants.co.in. But still there is no response. Please do the need ful.
