Prfessional courier's negligence

Dear Sir,

I have booked courier from professional Couriers (Address: No.2/2, 2nd Main Road, 1st Floor, S.J.Patil Complex, Palace gutta halli, Vinayaka Circle, Bangalore -560 003. Ph: 080-23564778/9) on 8th august to "Director, Central Electronic Engineering Research Institute, Pilani - 333031, Rajastan). It is supposed to reach on 10th August and they (Professional Courier people) have promised also the same. But the fact is until now it is not reached.

It is struck at Jaipur on 10th august and until now it is not delivered. I am asking the reason for the delay and they are not giving why it is not delivered. They have given two numbers of their office in Pilani (015924020810/015924020814), but to my surprise they are not working. I think they are nor correct numbers.

It is very important document, which is supposed to reach on 10th august. Because of these people, I lost the opportunity. Please help me in this regard.
