Dear sir/mam,

i am holding a demat account in lucknow geojit financial securities ltd.my client id is LOR003.i wanted to complaint about transaction done from my account without my knowledge this includes

1.buying and selling in future stocks from my account without my knowledge.

2.a penalty was put to me for The trading on selling of 100 Reliance Industries at Rs.2392.05 on 04.10.07.. Since the shares were not dematerialized at that time, the shares sold went for auction at Rs.2868.01 on 09.10.07 and you had incurred an auction loss of Rs.47596/- as on that day.i was told by my relationship manager that these were already been dematerialised.geojit have wrongly confirmed me about this.they have admitted there mistake but they dont want to do anything for this.

so please look in to the matter and do the needful
