Trading a/c not working from last 1 yea

My trading account is not working from a long long time and after repeated complaints nobody is taking heed. Geojit is religiously taking its service charges month after month but i haven't been able to use its service even once in last 1.5 years. Customer care representatives are simply not replying my mails. I have pleaded them to at least close my trading account so that i will not bleed by 150 rs every month. But nobody is listening. I had gone for the services of 'geojit financial ltd' when i went to UTI Bank (presently AXIS bank) for opening my demat and online trading facility. Now even AXIS bank is refusing that they can do anything to close the forementioned trading account.

I have already bleeded by more than 2000 rs without using geojits services even once. Thats why i had to come to this forum. Please tell me what to do.
