ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION LETTER

Me Hemalatha was working as postmedia soultion excecutive joined on 7-11-07 service date till 10-05 due some personal problem was unable to continue in the service, i informed them orally that i am un able to continue in the service but they threatned me saying that my name will be black listed in all the organisation, and that is callcenter job i couldent get adjust to that profile thats the reason i quited the job, but i cant sit at home also because my situation wont allow to do that, 1 week i was jobless and agian i could find a job in my feild i.e., publication feild as techinical editor, they took all my details of present company saying that required for relaving formalities now they are denying to relave i had been thrice to office regarding this concern but there is no response from them i want to cliam my pf ammount could u please help me out in this. and they are not ready to take my resignation letter. they are saying that wont relave me also they will trouble me, they will be taking some action towards me, kindly helpme out to getout of this awkward position, help me out to cliam my pf amount.
