Efund of fees

I have taken admission in mba (full time) at delhi school of professional studies and research, under affilated g.g.s.i.p.university . ihave deposited Rs.58000 at the time of addmission.session started on 1 aug. 2007. college told me to submitted the original certificates, i submitted on 3 aug.after that i wanted to withdraw my addmission so, last i went to college 0n 6 aug to bring my certificates but teacher concerned refused to return the originals. i have taken written permission from director of the college but concerned teacher did not return my originals.then my father met to director and chairman but they refuse to return the certificates and fees. i p university ordered to release my certificates to chairman in writting but chairman did not agree.

then my father again met to registrar mr. v.k jain and told him that chairman refused to return the certificates and fee, registrar told to Dy registrar mr. verma to release my original certificates, but admission fees (Rs. 58000) did not return to me.

i talk Mr. verma dy. registrar, ggsip university to return my fee but he refused and told me that last date of withdrawl of admission has been finished.i want to know that can i get back my fees... PLZ HELP ME OUT...
